Dave ——- seriously, the sites being offered by Traces’ company are very kick – ass.  I was on the cusp of shelling out over $3K to get my current site customized, and the finished product would not have been nearly as good as what I saw at Ipagio.com.  I can already tell that his company really went way beyond what is already out there in terms of product quality for lead gen sites.

My feeling has always been that a lead gen site in conjunction with it’s marketing is twofold.  Tailoring the site and coming up with a good theme is half the battle, and the other side is how good it’s marketed by way of PPC and SEO.

I am thinking that the bottom line to all of this will be to get as knowledgeable and precise as possible with the marketing side.  Anyone can now buy a lead gen site which makes us expendable, but not everyone will know how or take the time to learn how to effectively market it successfully.  I am hoping that in 4 to 6 months I can get as good at marketing the site as I am at processing and originating loans.  I feel Traces’ site’s are going to provide the best avenue to make this happen.

Too bad you’re not close by here in MI —– I definitely owe you !
